Corn Spinach Feta Salad Bowl

PAIRED WITH: CURRY ZUCCHINI SPREAD

In a wide salad bowl, make a bed of black beans and corn, seasoned with salt, black pepper, cumin, roasted red pepper flakes and some honey . Add baby spinach, zucchini spirals, finely chopped romaine lettuce, pickled onions and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with white balsamic Vinegar to your liking. Give the veggies, corn and beans a thorough mix until evenly coated. Top with feta, and spoon out a generous amount of Curry Zucchini Spread. Enjoy with a side of Naan/Pita Bread.

Original Chick'n Slider

PAIRED WITH: SPICED MANGO SPREAD

Slice in half and toast your dinner rolls on a pre heated skillet with some butter, each side for up to a minute until the butter is absorbed and the rolls are soft. Add the chick’n patties(we like the spicy plant based patties from Alpha Foods) in the same skillet with additional butter and cook times as per the package description. Once the patties are thoroughly cooked. Brush inner side of your rolls with generous amount of our Spiced Mango spread. Stack it with the patty and other half of the roll. Voila!

Three Pepper Quesadilla

PAIRED WITH: THREE PEPPER SPREAD

On a corn tortilla, spoon out 2 tablespoons (or more) of our Three Pepper spread and spread evenly. Add plant based cheese (we like the one from good planet foods), add Tofu(replace with any other protein you like), crushed red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Fold the tortilla in half and place on a lightly oiled skillet or in a Griddler until golden brown and slightly crispy. Slice it into bite size pieces and enjoy your three pepper quesadilla. Curry Tofu Panini

PAIRED WITH: CURRY ZUCCHINI SPREAD

In a heated pan, add some olive oil, scrambled tofu, sliced onions, finely chopped tomatoes, hot sauce, black pepper, salt. Sauté until tofu reaches desired softness and onions have turned slightly golden. Slice open a Ciabattas Panini bread, spread generous amounts of our Curry Zucchini spread and the tofu scramble mix on the inner side of one half of the bread and cover will the other half. We also like to do an additional step of heating the panini in the pan to get the bread slightly oiled and soft, but this is optional.

Bean Burrito with Soy Curls

PAIRED WITH: THREE PEPPER SPREAD

In a large bowl, soak soy curls for 10-15 minutes. Once done, squeeze access water and place the curls a heated pan and stir frequently until golden brown. Set aside the curls and add some olive oil, onions, refried beans, and sauté until slightly charred. Add back the soy curls, salt, pepper, cumin, cilantro and squeeze fresh lemon juice and turn of the heat. On a wheat tortilla, spread generous amounts of the Three pepper spread, and add the soy curl mix and roll up to make a burrito.
